Initially I found this app very useful. But now, for the past few months, all shipments I had sent to my customers had weight discrepencies. Shocking part is they charged approximately Rs. 60/- for a mere 20gms which according to them was excess weight than the actual one. I raised a ticket but still money was deducted from the wallet. After this it happened to me again. Now I am looking for alternative to Shiprocket.

Instead, they ask you to go to the website, where the rates are 3x higher than what was shown on the app. Since your money is already stuck in their wallet, you're forced to pay the extra amount. Customer support is equally disappointing - every time a new person responds without knowing your case, and it's nearly impossible to reach them on call o
