As is it was doing great... But since the last update just to launch it has become very very slow , and even if we have multiple companies changing from one to other takes a lot of time. Please work, else it will be useless only... very very slow...

Inferior UI, scrolling issue in the transaction pending list. Chances of accidental approval & rejection are there due to the confusing layout of transaction list. The good thing is only the pending transactions are shown by default which is not there in the net banking portal. No option to approve beneficiaries on the go. Needs to be matured similar to the main banking app.

M rating here 1 star because I don't know how to rate the bank, the worst banking experience ever, I just recently opened account it took 10 days to open an account they provided me with info that all the documents needs to be sent to noida in physical copy, I don't know it's true or not. I opted for 10k as AMB and they opened for 25k. The sales person saying that they will degrade the account to 10k, but that is totally unacceptable. I would rate negative if there has been an option.
