The new rewards system stinks ! The old system used to be the reason I'd go out of my way to find a Speedway, this new system doesn't let you use your points at the register. Instead, it wants you to download app and interact with it for 20 minutes which is dumb. Ever hear the phrase if it isn't broke dont fix it ? Well it wasn't broke and you tried to fix it, now it's broke. Trying to say something nice to end it here, guess I like the discount at the pump for using points.

I never had a problem with the app in the past, until the latest update. Then, like a lot of people, I couldn't login and couldn't redeem my points. I called customer service with the hopes of them emailing me a coupon to print out for a cashier to scan for me and when he looked up my account it was as simple as my cell number not being in the cell number field in their database! He quickly fixed it and immediately I was all set. So if you're having trouble logging in... Call Customer Service!

I followed the update, and now I can't sign in. I get an error message that says, "An error occurred sending your verification code. Please try again later. " I have changed my permissions to allow notifications from this app; I've un-installed and reinstalled the app, and still get the same error message. I'm very frustrated.
