Ratings and reviews

It's awesome to have such a great app... Just need a little modification in the filter section. Add an option to save the filters which are applied for a particular car or profile. Just add a button 'Saved filters' beside the 'Show charging ports' button in the filter section. When the 'Saved filters' button is clicked it should show the 'Option 1, 2,... up to 5'. In the 1st option it should contain the filtered result such as Statiq, 120 kW, Public, so on which is a priority/whatever user...

Horrible. Worst app. Glitch in app reduced my balance without charging. No direct customer support. You have to play message message. After that too problem has no solution. Wasted lot of my time and money.

I had some issue in charging my car and connect with Satish from Statiq call center and he was able to understand the issue quickly . with his knowledge about this issues he quickly resolved the issues in less than a min... thanks to the quick response from the team
