Always show that they cant deliver to my address whenever using the android app but works fine and deliver on my iphone

I would give them zero star to be frank... yesterday i saw there ad that they are giving special discount for new customer's i downloaded the app and placed the order and what they did is that they cancelled my order saying that i have used the voucher too many times...., how is that possible when i am ordering for the first time.... still i tried again to place the order without voucher but now they are saying that they dont deliver it in salmiya.... i mean how you accepted the order before.
