My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

The avios flight search tool is broken. You put in your search, then it takes you to a website where you have to input your search again froms scratch but then you just get an error message: "Sorry, there seems to be a technical problem. Please try again in a few minutes, and please contact us if it still doesn't work." Been like this for months

Never remembers me, always asks me to login. This is extremely annoying and time consuming. It is also clunky and slow, plus you have to complete bookings in a web browser anyway. It feels like it was written years ago but has had a new overlay to make it look like a modern app, but behind that it is not user friendly in any way.

Update to the latest version to see a map view of nearby retailers and restaurants where you can collect Avios in-store, making it even easier to build your balance on the go. Plus, with our new onboarding journey, new users will know how to make the most of the app, with the best ways to collect, spend and manage their Avios.
