My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

Not good experience! The log page in complete loop! Perhaps few bugs which could lead to security issues. The app isn't working, tried the on-store feature and will lead to a continuous loop with no much of use. To drag me onto another platform of communications won't resolve the issue. My advise is to take the app off from the Google play store and review then after all the bugs are fixed to upload back.

Edit: now partly fixed, quick response from support. On the app for android mobile, there's a bug where whenever I try and search for a shop / category to collect avios, when I get to the search screen there is no way for me to type into the search input box. When I click on search and get to the search screen my keyboard appears but disappears before I can type anything. I tried tapong in the search input box, and it doesn't make the keyboard appear, doesn't bring up a paste option either.
