Ratings and reviews

I have only used the app to get photos printed. This area of the app does not work well. It takes a very long time to even show picture on your phone, and it didn't connect with photos on the website, like it should. It is very slow. Also when I place orders through the app, it does not show up on my order history on the website. Also if I add photos to the cart I can't log into the website and see that cart.

It's pretty simple to use online ordering for pickup.. except, the system likes to drop discounts (codes) and rewards dollars when checking out. Always seem to need to double and triple check that or the value of the final price at checkout increases. That is kinda frustrating if you don't watch what you're doing and speed through the order process.

Out of all business apps I have used, the Walgreens app is quite possibly the worst of them. The app is incredibly glitchy. You have to REPEATEDLY hit buttons in the app for it to register. I was trying to order pictures, first it limits you to a qty of 20, which is silly, and then secondly when I would type in 20 and then add to the cart, it REPEATEDLY added just ONE picture. Walgreens, you are completely dropping the ball here. These apps are supposed to be a value add and make things easier.
