It's ridiculous that am app that will eventually be required to do everything, and already is for many things, has so many issues. Sign in failed, proximity issues, and just random errors when using the app. Also failing to mark notifications as read and more errors when deleting them. Then when things don't get done due to this pile of garbage coaches are on us about productivity. Make the tools we NEED to do our job work and we could DO our job.

Has major problems with searching. Random terms like "canopy" are impossible to search normally, instead getting changed to "null" every single time. Instead, you have to purposefully mispell the words kt blocks just to find where something is, which is incredibly inconvenient when trying to help a customer find something. Then, it randomly signs you out and refuses to sign you back in, even after completing the whole 2-factor and normal login process, making you reinstall the app just to work.

Stopped working on my personal phone as of most recent update, and the "company phone" is just overpriced Dollar Store garbage, so naturally it runs incredibly slowly. If I'm going to be forced to use apps for work (which nobody should if not in a tech field, IMO, work phone or not), then they should be properly universal, work consistently, and definitely not require ridiculous resources. And it's NOT a WiFi or Data issue, because those speeds are fine even for gaming and big downloads š¤·š¬
