I love the app and how it uses mainly bodyweight exercises, but I feel like it is a little inscuate for things like hoe much weight lost in the workout etc. It also lacks difficulty even when your on advanced, but I tend to just double what it asks me to do. Overall, it's pretty nice and I do plan on using it daily, but some things do need fixed Also there are a ton of reviews saying too many ads, but I've been using it for a few days now and I've only seen 2 or 3 ads

Very good, very very helpful. But I wish there were tutorials to show how to properly do some of these exercises. Some of us are seeing them for the first time and personally I hope I'm actually doing it right and not putting unnecessary strain on my body.

Really helpful app with no cost premium even if you want you can take it later. For me it's not required, everyday 7 to 11min simple excercise help me energetic everyday. Me and mom use to do daily lower body exercise and now I can see the result as recommendation for senior as well. Absolutely go ahead with this workout plan.
