Lots of ad banners. Sometimes ad banners don't let you do anything but close the app and start over again. Pathetic! Hard to believe this is IRCTC official app meant for ticket booking. Day by day, they are making the app a junk, adding unnecessary features that have nothing to do with rail. Keep it focused, simple, relevant and easy to use.

It's not working only validating. I've been using the IRCTC Rail Connect app for a long time, and it used to work really well. Booking tickets was smooth and hassle-free. But over the past two weeks, the experience has become very frustrating.Every time I try to book a ticket, I get the error "Unable to retrieve data". I've tried everything-clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, switching networks-but nothing works. Because of this, I've been unable to book Tatkal tickets in emergency

Single most disastrous booking app if I've ever seen one. And it's supposed to be OFFICIAL app. It keeps logging me out after too many queries, like when I go back and forth between different seats?? well maybe you can show the available seats across the classes ALL at once? And not only that, it also logs me out for performing too many queries of anything. App is supposed to be convenient. Who knows if it is a "feature" to slow down booking. Disgusting. This is what we pay for in tax.
