Ratings and reviews

1. Provide ways for users to know the validity of their subscription. 2. Give control on what can be uploaded. The auto upload starts everything. I would like to control which folders should be backed up and file level control (like just images or videos) would be a great feature to have.

This app needs a dark mode. It's a basic feature. The UI is too white. The app is also weird on many segments. Download & upload fails very often. Can't organize folders & files by names. When there are more than 3 folders, you have to click on the expand button to show the rest of the folders. So many basic things were either made complicated or missing.

It's good that Jio has built such a great App. But it's backing up for 3 days continuously and still going on. Given all permissions even turned off battery optimisation so that it could work always, but still going slowly. Please make it faster. Know that your opponent is Google One. I'll switch my 2TB plan on Google One to this if Jio can come up with such a plan.
