I saw an ad that was promoting water fasting. I paid for the subscription and didn't receive anything in my email. I had to look for the app on Google play myself, only to see it was a regular intermittent fasting app. when you click on the ad you get asked all these personalized questions and they emphasize on the water fasting. This is a waste of time. this is a regular intermittent fasting ap and I do not see the value in paying for this subscription. I want my money back asap!

Does not work. I contacted them to cancel because it is not listed in my Google Play subscriptions, as I was directed to do in the app. Instead of responding to my email sent on July 20th, I was charged $59.34 today, July 22nd. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge since I cannot get assistance through Nutrimate. Google play store makes it difficult to dispute. I requested a call back, what a joke.

Don't waste your money! This company is misleading about it's app. I was under the impression I was purchasing a 3 month subscription for a discounted price when I was actually purchasing the first month discounted and charged full price for the months after. Of course the fine print sent to me after I requested a refund of the third month's charges said no refunds will be give. After only using the product for a week because some features were only developed for a week's use. So disappointing.
