The app itself is pretty much functional. Notable improvements on purchasing data and converting it to texts or calls. Why I'm giving 1 star is the service the app is for. GOMO is all about non-expiry data for extremely good prices. Unfortunately, connection quality has gone absolutely downhill. Used to be a powerhouse at giving internet anywhere I need it. Now, it's constantly spotty, out of signal. Calls are scratchy and it's always strong for a couple of seconds then the signal is gone.

The cheap, unlimited data promos were the only reason we chose this network. Now that they're established, those affordable deals are gone, and rates are suddenly expensive. It feels like a bait-and-switch strategy: they used competitive pricing to get "famous" and lure us in. This budget-friendly provider is now just as costly as any major carrier. My loyalty is being rewarded with disappointment and a higher bill.

This review is not for the app itself but for the service. Connection went downhill and it's just getting worse. The second thing is their "deals". It was cheaper before but now we're being forced to buy a service for calls and text that we don't even need on top of the mobile data that we originally subscribed for. If SMART's signal is just as strong as they used to here in our location, I would've switched in a heartbeat. They got Magic Data which is basically no expiry data.
