Application is working too much slow, every time I'll open I faced same situation,, plz optimise it with Expert App Developer. I'm lives in Manawan,Lahore. Here ONIC network faces some issues while I'm browsing internet,,, plz improved your signal booster for better performance so we can enjoy fast browsing otherwise It's not usefull.

I had faced the worst service in my life from Onic. If someone has fewer problems in their life, then choose Onic and order their SIM to double your problems. Their app works very slowly. They didn't refund the payment of my first order and said it would take about 45 days to process the refund. Their doorstep is totally fake it will be 5 to 6 km away from you for 100 rupees fee. If the SIM provider's services are this bad, you can imagine how their network will be. So don't order their sim

Last night purchased the epic plan worth of Rs. 990. However, it has been more than 16 hours, plan is not activated yet. I am advised by Onic support to wait for more or pay for 1 more time for package activation or use another sim for calls. Wow. I converted my Telenor sim to Onic and they are suggesting me to use another sim for emergency calls as they need more hours to activate my package. Just rubbish. Never ever trust Onic. Worst experience and customer support just makes lame excuses.
