Dears please don't use this app. I credited my money one before and try to send and it was showing error. When I contact the customer care they don't the reason for error. And the crashes frequently when we try do any transactions. No I couldn't take money back. one of the worst app I used recently.

I never ever suggest of this digital bank experience. my account is blocked since 4 months. and customer service is asking different kinds of documents all the time I made a call with them regarding my case. all the customer service agents extremely rude and useless. they don't know what are they doing. I don't advise this scamming bank experience to others

Honestly the app is very good but I have a serious problem and no one is solving my problem, have called customer service many times. I need a session ID for my hanging money to drop. They don't understand. Pls help me beg D360 bank to provide the session ID of my transaction on 23rd of August at 0950pm. It's almost one month now no resolution
