They didn't follow the km mileage for maintenance in the app. They follow the months even it's less than the km mileage does the car have. The app is misleading and should be updated so that their customers are well informed.

Very disappointed today. I had a preventive service appointment at 9 am. arrived ay 8:58 am and was processed for assessment at 9:16 am . waited until 11:20 am to find out they have not started the service required. it was only when I checked status of completion that they noticed noone has started the service yet and has left my car unattended waiting to be serviced at the parking area. they have an automated system yet noone noticed the problem.... very poor service today

UPDATE 10/28/25: The issue has been fixed with the recent update. Thanks! Map not shown in "Locate My Vehicle".... just shows the icon of the car but no map.
