I tried to book a flight as I have 10 times before, after 4 times website crashing, spoke to customer service, after so many times he didn't understand me, and asking me to look on screen, he said about installing the app. Okay, tried that, app crashed repeatedly. Poor, poor, poor.

MAS is my best choice for travelling using plane. I ve been using it since I m worked there from 1997. for me MAS must keep their professional and hospitality. Hope MAS will keep growth and success. Thank you MAS for the best hospitality the last I used it two weeks ago to Seoul Korea. tq again

Cleaner interface, ID scanning definitely helps. the Enrich section could be better, especially the integration of co-branded cards and benefits. Flight booking still requires an external page and is buried in sub menus.
