This is totally a rubbish app nobody should ever trust or download. It just tries all means possible to deceive its customers so that it'll get your money without any ok service

AVOID! They will not make any changes to bookings, they refused to talk to me and kept my money. Having spent ages on hold and waiting for them to call me back I spoke to the airline who said the change could only be made by the agent who made the booking (this is standard practice, agents need to authorize changes) I told Qunar this and they refused. I kept calling and waiting on hold, so I called on another number only to pickup and then put me on hold again, never to answer my calls again.
