Plenty to like about this- As ERYT, I like to look at programs for my students, & as someone who was also needing inspiration for dealing w/ back probs from too much sitting, this has been a great app to check out! Not a lot new to me, but great reminders- Some mods will be needed for some peeps. 2 bothers for me- 1: after using 3 days, app lost track of completed days. 2: teacher has a habit of not using -ly. (standing comfortable...vs comfortably) linguist ouch 😳 😆

It's awesome! Easy to follow, bite size 6-15min not overwhelming routines for the whole body, and especially the parts of the body that most affected by sitting. Love the mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, as well as the short version adjusted to do at your desk/chair. Also super how they always show what group of muscles each one targets. Works smooth, simple and to the point. Totally worth it!

Excellent app!!! The exercises are well explained and demonstrated, the mobility routines are well designed (dynamic warm-up, standing exercises then sitting/lying exercises). it's so easy to get going as no equipment needed. The follow-along style with timer is very motivating for me, the only decision I need to make is when to press play. I use the version on my laptop browser, so no squinting and straining to see my phone screen (unlike Fitbit).
