Cannot add a card for payment. After adding a card there's a screen saying it was successful, but then it doesn't redirect back to the app, instead there's broken page and it doesn't go any further. I tried 4-5 times. For each try I was charged 0.01 EUR. And this will only be returned after a first charging session. So basically, never. Happy to update my review if this gets resolved... EDIT: I did "solve it" by using my wife's iphone. Installed the app just to add my card. Not a fix!

Ciao Igor, ci dispiace stia riscontrando questo problema. Possiamo consigliarti, nel caso non lo avessi già fatto, di provare con un'altra carta o con un altro telefono. Alcuni utenti che hanno riscontrato il problema hanno risolto in questo modo. Grazie!

If you are not ready to provide an adequate service and a full functioning App you could wait a bit before entering the market. I have a feeling that this application is only meant to collect people's data. App: -I cant add vehicle. -where are the price bundles? Service: -only few charging stations are shown. -extremely high prices for charge to go. You only lose potential customers when advertising for something you cant provide. Good luck

Hi Dirar, you can add your vehicle model by going to the "profile" section and selecting "Add vehicle".
As for the tariffs, subscription and pay-as-you-go, you can find them by going to "profile" and selecting "Pay-as-you-go tariff" in the "Discover all" box.
