I rate the app 3 stars due to some changes in the last few months that have mad e navigation clunkier and making changes to certain items now require phone calls or chats with customer service instead a few clicks. Having payment info saved and then having to re-enter the entire information to change payment methods on a shipment, for example. Chewy and their customer service has always been 5 star is my experiences so far, the app itself is the let down.

The app is extremely slow and unstable. If you can get to the category you want, it will refresh back to the main menu. The filter doesn't work well either. If you select more than one filter (puppy, chicken free, with grain) it will give you puppy with chicken and grains. All in all, I wouldn't use if it wasn't for auto ship due to my back issues. I tried using the website and it automatically redirects me to the app. Please fix this issue.

I have been using chewy and autoship for my pet supplies for a couple of years with zero problems! It took some trial and error to figure out the frequency of shipment that works for us, but it has been easy to move the shipment up or push it back when needed. I can easily skip, remove, and add new items to the autoship order so I can switch up the treats each order without having to 'shop' for the basics. Shipping is fast, and it was easy to get a human on the phone when I needed to.
