Ratings and reviews

When I click on "Offers" on the Credit Card page, the screen which says "Hold on...." stays there. It does not open anything, and there is no timeout option there as well. I waited for 8 minutes, the back button doesn't work, the loading icon kept rotating but loaded nothing. I think there should be a 30 seconds timeout. It should throw an error message if the app is unable to load offers within 30 seconds.

It tries to verify by sending sms from phone whenever I travel overseas. it fails on mobile network from other countries and block me from using the app. it happens very frequently, now I reset it from India, it was able to send SMS and was able to complete registration nth time. But when trying to login to app, it's showing loading screen forever. I am using bank apps from other countries, icici is the worst among all

Their tech team should work on making login simpler. I don't know what all they load upon successful login but login takes ages to be successful. Most of the times, it doesn't even login properly. Almost 6 out of 10 times, after entering the correct OTP, nothing happens and the loader just stays there and you are stuck there. I don't remember seeing such an issue 2 years back. Not sure, what kind of revamp have they done here.
