Gave me an error on a payment, remade it 2 more times but everytime the error came up they still took my cash and i ended up paying 3 times for the same service, this should not happen to an app (which BT has 4 of the for unknown reasons) also the interface is badly designed, i had to look up online where to find the payment history. Shameful excuse of an app

Has some cool features, but I would rather be able to login at any time and not receive errors. Edit: Has improved greatly since the review. Changed rating. Edit2: tired of being unable to complete transactions when there's no maintenance period. Changed again :)

In recent times it's just been getting worse. At first it was monthly statement downloads that weren't working. Now they seem to be fine. Then there are various issues when trying to make a payment. It'll start, it'll try for 10ish seconds, and then it will tell you it's sorry but it can't do it right now. You might be able to get around it by disabling biometric authentication in settings. If you plan to rely heavily on the app, find some other bank.
