Ratings and reviews

Even after updates, in the last month I do not get notifications on the app that something I am watching is coming to an end or if other bids are received or I've been outbid (happened yesterday). I hardly get emails. I get tons of emails on offers or "you recently viewed this item". If you are a seller this is not good, they are not notifying buyers that the auction is coming to an end, etc. I checked my notification settings and they are correctly marked. Disappointed bidder

I am an eBay seller and the recent UI updates have led to increased difficulty to properly list items. The UI is clunky and it's easy to accidentally make a mistake. For example, when setting ad rates for listing, the app can reset from your manually entered percentage to whatever the default recommendation is. I have been OVERCHARGED twice now!!! It's also more difficult to withdraw money now because you have to manually type the amount.

I've been using ebay since 1999, buying and selling. I've gone through so many iterations of the site, mostly improvements. The app is great - the search tool works the same as the website, it's easy to make a purchase or post an item, keep track of your purchases or inventory. I just wish there was a way to block mega sellers when you're looking for a true vintage or authentic item. Otherwise fast accurate, easy to use.
