I was hesitant in purchasing it because I signed up for all the challenges and would print out my exercises and eating plan. I know. I'm old (55)- thought I wouldn't be able to follow along like the "young kids" on the app. BUT. I WAS WRONG! It took a little getting used to, but, I now use the app for my workouts, or questions about nutrition. I even utilize the calendar feature (which allows you to check off the workout when you are done -- quite satisfying!). I always have my phone with me, but not always my gym bag and the print-outs. BONUS ... I'm saving trees! :)

The HIIT MAX app is GREAT! Super easy to navigate and very intuitive. All the information needed for workouts is literally at your fingertips. One feature I really like is the hyperlink in the workout overview to a video description of the exercise (this is in the 2020 Strong 45 program). Also love the FAQs and helpful educational videos to ensure we are understanding not just how to do the workouts but just enough of the science behind the workout plan.

Great to access all the documentation for Strong45 program. Links within the training guides direct you to video walk through of the exercises. The layout of the super set exercises could be a little more clear. They should be divided by paired exercises and the rest period should only be specified after the last of the two exercises. Also nice to browse the other programs that HIIT MAX offers. I've yet to explore all of the features and options. It looks like I could spend a couple months straight working out all day before exhausting the library.
