Updated app and it won't retrieve details claiming I'm not online. Also found it impossible to make some repeat purchases which was no issue until this year, and I have just now had a text message urging me to activate my card through the app, something I did when I got it several months ago. This is more flawed than anything to do with Microsoft and they are as buggy as Hell.

There's a bug on this app. I have been trying to access the mobile app for days now, and it keeps showing me this error message: Sorry. An error has occurred. Please try again later. I called customer service yesterday morning, and I was told to try accessing it again later in the day. It will work, but it is not working. This is the second time this is happening until I uninstall and install it again it will not work. Urgently fix this problem.

Gave you one star in the hope that you'll take notice. The app updated in mid June. That's when my problem started. It no longer notifies me when my card has been used. The app was brilliant. This is the second time in about a year that this app or the system that sends out notifications has failed. Hopefully it will be corrected again and left alone. You state that you have been busy fixing bugs. Don't you mean creating them.
