I love this app except lately it has been freezing when I try to refill my prescriptions. After selecting the medication and clicking on "proceed", it takes me to step 1 of 5 where I should see the list to confirm accuracy and the app freezes at this point every time. Please fix. Thank you.

Use to work great for 4 years. Now crashes when trying to complete a refill. Sending in your info in only results in them telling you there is a known issue with newer Android versions/devices and they redirect you to the web version. Web version does work, and so does the Apple version. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the 4 years where it worked great. Will edit review once they fix Android version.

Used to be Easy to use. Used to love the convenience of this app. (March 2020) Edit: 11th june 2024 App hasn't worked properly for months... (It refuses to log in, password error or question error, buffers forever, and then returns to log in screen...etc) After one of those app update, after the whole dashboard changed. Cleared cache, changed password multiple times, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried different devices, etc..... I give up trying to fix it, uninstalling
