Worst experience. I tried using this from last one year but was not consistent at all. From last couple of months at least it was better. Today there is one update for this app and I installed it. It's gone. It says internal error. I uninstalled and installed again. But still same issue. If there is internal error why did you release the update? I have already sent mail to developer contact and waiting for their update.

Terrible service experience. Tried so many times using this app. It keep asking to connect to joifiber wifi when it's already connected. And yes jio services are really frustrating along with their customer care. So long calls and they don't even lodge the complains and then call gets disconnect. And I believe most of us like me don't have Power to explain everything again and again, so we just drop the choice of complaining.

Just frustrated with the experience! In general JioFiber services are pretty bogus, be it taking a new connection or make a recharge. But this app is at another level! Every now and then the app will go offline automatically and I just can't get it online while my fiber is up and running, the apps own self help is not throwing any error. Clearing app data, reinstalling nothing will work. Then all of a sudden it'll automatically get fixed. 🤬
