• Permissions
An explanation of the permissions we seek when you install the m-Indicator app:

1. Location: We use fine and Coarse Location for the Cabs feature in which you can easily compare the prices from Well-known Cab Services such as Uber & Ola.

2. Call Log: We use this for identifying relative's Mobile Number in Women Safety feature.

3. Send SMS: We use this permission to automatically send Text Messages to the Relatives in Women Safety feature.

4. Receive SMS: We need this permission to read PNR SMS.

5. Storage: In Express Section, user can save and share the screenshot of Running Status, Seat Availability and Coach Position.

Ratings and reviews

The app in itself is really good and very helpful. The one less star is because the information is hardly up to date and it takes a lot of time on the app for info to get updated. TMT has started bus number 152 from Thane Station East till Rodas (Hiranandani Estate) since at least couple of months but this bus route is yet to show up on the app.

I have not seen the worst app then mindicator several times it have shown wrong information for train. It have shown train is on time at shahad and kalyan for CSMT but the train is late by 20-25minutes. I didn't had option to rate the app MINUS FIVE hence rating 1. Close the app. Instead of wasting the time of travellers

The update on the trains is literally wrong most of the time. 3:14 pm local shows its crossed Vikhroli but haven't even arrived at mulund. And the fast train update is also wrong. It's difficult to understand if one should take a fast train or slow. Not at all recommended for people who want to be punctual.
