Extremely disappointing experience. The product i received were significantly different than the image on the site and no disclaimer indicating such variations. For half the orders i placed i did not get return or replacement and for many others they only credited partial amount. No one cares about customer satisfaction. Dont use this app

Very bad experience with Ajio. I was a regular customer but now I am fed up from this app. Very slow service. And not returning the wrong products saying that we have delivered correct product. Even after uploading the pics of the wrong products they are not listening. And offers... They don't give the gifts saying that it was not considered for your order, even after a confirmation on the app. Very bad. Worse customer service ever I experienced.

App does not have wishlist capacity the max you can wishlist is not more than 100 items, if you wishlist more than 100 your previous whish listed gets unlisted automatically, and the surprise thing is I don't know if I'm the only one here, I cannot see any offers on the items I want to purchase. whereas as few of my other friends are getting really good coupon offers, did ajio block me from getting coupons on my account.and why is it so hard to get in touch with Cx care agent.
