Poor customer service (your phone's wrong) and no answer when support requested around change of phone. Other better encrypted apps out there. Avoid.

Unable to read the file I exported. I was able to read the pdf folder I created months ago. But today I tried multiple times, despite still can export the chats into pdf, but it was not able to be read, stated there no apps available to be viewed. Somehow the pdf I exported months ago still can be read. Why is this so actually? Kindly help to look into it and sort it out. Tq.
