• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.

• Deter bike theft with Turbo System Auto-Lock.* When activated, your system automatically locks when you power off your bike. The system will automatically unlock when you’re near your bike and power it on.

This new app (black) is a monumental failure. It never connects when there is no cell service (where I ride often), rarely connects when there is service, and when it does randomly connect, with service, it may ask for a code from the manual that I definitely don't have on me when riding. I have noticed zero improvements in this app since downloading months ago. Why force us to beta test this miserable app when the old app (red) actually worked as expected. Fix it or bring back the red app.

09/23/2024: Specialized: Can you please fix the bug so I can set Eco mode back to 5% Motor Power. This can't take more than a few minutes to fix since the Tuning chart allows 5% increments and was supported in Mission Control. Also waiting for SmartControl Target Heartrate. 05/19/2024: Specialized, this app is still missing basic features from Mission Control: - Lost the ability to set Support to 5%, now the minimum is 10% - Smart Control has lost the heart rate control feature Please fix.

Ever since this update to 1.27.0 I couldn't lock my turbo vado. Nobody at specialized can help. They told me I needed a firmware update, which I got for $40, and it didn't solve the problem. I deleted and reinstalled the app, unregistered and re-registered the bike. Nothing. I finally connected with my iPad then disconnected, and the Android app started working again. Extremely frustrating.
