At first I couldn't log in for 2weeks, but when I did, the app could not process any transactions. Now I had just updated the app but could not login. It displays " sorry we cannot process your request"

have not been able to log into this app for months now! this is very disappointing, I put in my credentials to sign in, it will redirect me to input my BVN, after which it will ask for my number, upon putting that it will request for my address. after all that stress it will tell me the account already exists. like I didn't know that before 😡
