This has been buggy since the first time I used it, both the app and the website, but now it's hitting a fever pitch. The app won't load previous year returns, and when I try to do the same thing in my browser, my browser crashes. The app can't hold onto my information while I switch to another app, and it also immediately clears out login information when my autofill puts it in, messaging I have to log in manually.

Overall this app is outstanding (disclaimer: I've been using Taxslayer for over 10 years, so I may be a little biased). The app itself is very intuitive and easy to use. However, when switching from vertical to horizontal on your phone, it requires you to sign back in. The same thing happens when you're using split-screen mode and you adjust the size of the split-screen. Other than that, I would highly recommend this app (4.8 stars).

I'd be more than happy to describe my experience with the app, if I had any experience to share. I can't get past the two factor authentication even though I put the same verification code that was sent to my email EVEN AFTER I had to go through and reset my password because it doesn't work with Google password vault. I tried several times but in the end, I had to manually enter everything and it arbitrarily locked me out of my account for exceeding max input tries with the RIGHT CODE ALL ALONG.
