Ratings and reviews

Slow, counterintuitive, and useless are probably the best ways to describe this app. The app constantly fails. Sometimes, it logs me out for no reason. Sometimes, it just shows a loading screen. Sometimes, it declines my gas payment method even though I know the card is fine (it doesn't specify the reason). Most of the time, the rewards screen doesn't finish loading while people are annoyed, waiting in line. So convenient!! 👎👎

Just bad! 😡 Slowest app I have ever used, to the point that most times I have just given up and gotten something to eat somewhere else. 😡 Majority of the time all I get is a flapping goose that never goes away. You'll spend 90% of your time looking at this goose animation. To add to the frustration, it doesn't even let you take a screenshot, so you have to try and get into it every time to get your rewards card to scan and it is RIDICULOUSLY slow. 😡 Major Fail. Zero stars if I could! 😡

The app consistently crashes, there's a pop-up that reminds you to allow notifications that comes up after every option is selected, you can't take a screenshot of the scan area so that you can still get your order even if the app won't cooperate, and (best of all) you can't link the app to a credit card or anything other than a Wawa gift card so you're STILL waiting on line at the store. This is the kind of nonsense I'd expect from Sheetz. Wawa needs to do better.
