I like the features of the app, but there's alot of foods that aren't recognized when scanned but are in there when searched- not sure why this is. I'd love to be able to save foods as favorites. Not always easy to figure out how to add a new food or save foods as "meals". Would be nice to document at end of day how you feel things went, if anything was going on, shot days, etc. It would be awesome if you could integrate IF as well. No technical issues noted.

Honestly, it's only good for the lessons. You pretty much never hear anything from human coaches, just the AI. For weight and food tracking there are MUCH better apps out there for free. To log your weight, you can't just enter a number a be done, you have to mess around with a stupid slider. You also have to add a comment. Every. Single. Time. Food tracking is the worst. Limited database, no way to add custom meals, the stupid slider that only gives you four options instead of number entry.

Noom has a pretty lengthy BBB file. Wish I'd seen that before I signed up. 🤦‍♀️ They will charge you at a much later date with no notice (7 months in my case). It's really difficult to cancel. Has the misleading screens and a lot of pages of additional offers. I found the info at the beginning helpful. Take the free trial, and cancel. The recipes never update and none of the added features in the app work. It's a glorified, overpriced calorie tracker.
