Not bad overall, but I'm missing a possibility to use a previous transfer as the basis for a new one without having to create a template. In my other banking app I can just select a transfer and click "transfer again". Then I can change the amount or description and I'm done.

after several attempts to send money ( Überweisung)over mobile application - with no success as over VR Secure Go each time was ok, while money was not transferred I go to bank to figure out and problem wasn't solved. Later I got email to reinstall App, which I performed, while now on it even worse - I need each time put all data like BIC , vrpasskey and Pin and after VR Secure Go approval, VR Banking reboot and ask me do the same...🤯 P.S. VR SecureGo was reinstalled as well. Samsung S21+

Used to be with Volksbank years ago, but the app was clunky, slow and you had TAN nonsense to deal with. Since then, wow. So much better. Biometrics for login, authenticator app for transactions, hell it even adds up your minuses - no more maths to work out how much you have! (I'm not German clearly, I'm from the UK so I'm used to instant transactions and immediate banking updates - I'm just quite excited to see Germany reach 2009 technology. Instant free payment transfers won't be long now!)
