Edit: After getting help via email from de support channel, everything works fine Great support and reactive, I like that and just for that it's worth 5 star. The app itself is fine, what I would like to have is for the Quote and invoice section, to chose the language to set for the document. Sometimes I need to make a quotation or invoice in English and sometimes in French. Would be nice to have that, I know you can make invoices in several currency, not sure the language itself can be changed

The registration worked well, Untill the verification, when I wanted to verify my account using my Mozambican passport it didn't accept, I thought living in Portugal was enough, but no. Unfortunately I'll delete it.

Hello Merito, For regulatory reasons, in order to be able to open a Qonto account in Portugal, it's necessary that you provide us an ID emitted from one of the EU countries, or a Portuguese Residency Permit. In case you can provide us one of these documents in the future, we would be happy to have you with us. Thank you for your comprehension

unorganized so called bank, with abusive employee who intimidates clients, Abdo! After progressing the application he said the account is fully set; after hours he reversed the application to in progress. I told him that I am not interested in this bank anymore and he started to intimidate me by sending emails, demanding to respond!
