Its been over 3 days of completing all verification requirements for upgrade to tier 1 since the system won't allow me carryout trading transaction without this upgrade. Apparently, my tier 1 account status shows verified, but still I am unable to make any transactions. Effort to deposit have been fruitless with repeated error messages stating "Uh oh, that didn't work- please try again in few minutes. This is tiring and frustrating as I had high hopes and better expectations from this platform

Yellowcard is a great platform—it's user-friendly, offers fast transactions, and integrates well with Spenn. However, the frequent updates, almost every two weeks, can be a bit excessive. Additionally, the limits on Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts feel quite restrictive. While the platform works smoothly, the low daily caps on buying, sending, and withdrawing can be frustrating. A suggestion would be to implement limits per transaction instead of per day, allowing for more flexibility.

So far I'm having a great experience with the app. Any issues that people have mentioned have been fixed, and if you encounter any, reach out to the support team. They will help you. I think a feature that Yellow Card should implement is to NOT allow users to deposit funds before completing the Tier 1 verification. This is to make sure that the device being used is able to complete live verification such as ID and selfie. For now, I stand by this app.
