Unreliable. Tracking part of the app always shows a loading screen but never loads. Go to the browser to check tracking and it switches to the app... which never works... only way for me to see the tracking information is to UNINSTALL THIS APP so I can see it on a browser. App is a waste of time, don't bother. Even tried calling NZ Post to complain but they did not understand the issue so went nowhere.

Would've been a good app if the tracking actually worked. At the moment tracking any parcels is virtually impossible through the app for me, if I have any tracking number saved and then come back to the app, it just gets stuck on loading forever. I will just have to uninstall it since there's a redirect to the app from the website now, so I can't even use the web version of the tracker in peace. If you force users to be redirected to the app, maybe make sure it actually works first.

Would be better if it could be used without an account as signing in is problematic and I get logged out for no reason sometimes. Difficult sign in process as the sign in page reloads if you switch away (eg if you use a password manager) and is slow in general. Would be good if you could paste in a tracking url link instead of having to copy just the number as this is what I am usually sent.
