Got a sim installed at the store in termani Rome €45. Can't do anything. Can't translate their apps or messages. A complete waste of time and money . Unless you know coding and Italian, BEWARE.

I am very disappointed that google pay feature doesn't work, i was trying to recharge using the app and it keeps lagging when i try to pay using google pay and i don't have any other paying method on me. And no support replyed to me Fix this

I have upgraded my postpaid plan in July 2024. Paid additional money as per upgradation. At the start of the August month I noticed that I didn't get 400 India calling minutes which I was promised during the plan upgradation. I have raised complaint twice online, visited their office but of no use. Still my complaint is open even after 5 days. In these 5 days I used Ooredoo for India calls. Now if I have to cancel the postpaid plan I have to pay atleast 2 months bill amount. I feel like cheated.
