I wanted to like this app because it appeared to be the Holy Grail after trying 4 other project mgmt. apps. However, both the desktop version and the mobile version are slow and unreliable. Reminders, which are, in my opinion, a very basic function for a project management app were unreliable. I ran two tests between 4 apps and Clickup failed both times. Their website has a troubleshooting article for reminders which, IMO, is a red flag. The mobile app is also unintuitive. Such a bummer!

They keep updating the app and somehow it keeps getting worse. I just need to see my tasks in order of due date, now that doesn't even work well. How is it showing me tasks due in October before tasks due in September, and all of that shown before tasks still due in August?! This is very simple, stop making it hard. Update: and it just keeps getting worse 🙃 I'm just going to look for a new app at this point

The notifications are still an issue, though the all notifications just saying "ClickBot" issue has been resolved. I do not want clickup to use the convo section, but I can only mark each task as "not a convo" which is only helpful if it's a repeating task. Also, because it's in the convo section the only quick action available is to reply with "ok" - I need to be able to snooze or mark done or anything that might actually help me manage my time.

What's new

This release, we fixed bugs related to sorting in My Work, refreshing in Inbox, and the display of All Day calendar events. We also improved the swiping experience for clearing notifications and made chatting in threads more intuitive. Task descriptions and Notepad received a nice upgrade, now using our faster content editor.
