Hideous experience. ▪︎Trip/Flight credit doesn't work! ▪︎Costly mistakes due to incessant, annoying, and distracting UPSELLING clutter and pop-ups. ▪︎Loses information, so start over. NO customer service. It's a really hideous experience! Plan to have at least 30 minutes wasted with app trying to load and then be told to call because their system is having problems and it can't complete the transaction.

Pure trash. Trying to check in on the app for the last 3 hours. It goes the section where it asks for your email and cell phone. When you add it and hit contit, it loads and nothing, it loads and nothing x50 . True trash I had to go online to check in a d even after that, when I put my info into the app, it still says Check In and asks the steps above ..way after I completed checking In online. Trash app

I really can't fit into the 500 character limit just how bad this app and this airline is. Registered for AA FF program? Doesn't matter. Didn't get boarding status and didn't get FF points. Sometimes you get the right boarding passes, sometimes you'll get old ones. Sometimes your flight will be delayed and on time at the same time with zero explanation. I'm trying to check seats for a flight a few days away and it's telling me it can't make changes 45 minutes before the flight. Absolute garbage.
