Most of the time stuck on connecting. Support said I need a whole new system. I moved the keypad to the best cellular reception area in my house and connecting was much better for months. Now it's crashed, and neither me nor my wife can connect at all. Support is so lacking in intelligence and technical knowledge that its just so frustrating to speak with them. The techs that have come out are clueless. If there's ANYONE who can resolve issues, please contact me. Extremely poor support.

I haven't reviewed an app in many years but this one makes my blood boil. It has one job and it barely functions. Doesn't connect, constantly signs out, every update makes it worse. For the first two years we used it, everything functioned without a hitch. Now it's a battle to the point where we've gone back to just setting and unsetting the alarm manually. It's rare to find an app from a major corporation that's complete trash, but this is it.

We have had adt and have been using the pulse app for over 7 years now and loved it. Until now. About 3 weeks ago, we noticed that when we logged in, it gives us info about the sensors and everything else, BUT it won't allow us to set the alarm. We have it on 2 phones and both have same problem. I even deleted and reinstalled it twice, but it still doesn't connect. Looking at reviews, we are not the only ones with the same problem. This NEEDS to be fixed!!! AND SOON PLEASE.
