*1/5 Stars* *Worst Airline App Experience Ever!* I'm extremely disappointed with the AeroMexico app! It's been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The app constantly crashes, making it impossible to use. Every time I try to check-in, access my boarding pass, or manage my flights, it freezes or shuts down. *Key Issues:* - Constant crashes and freezes - Poor navigation and user interface - Unable to access boarding passes or flight info - No reliable notifications

I have tried on multiple devices, this app simple does not work. It constantly displays error messages, signs me out for no reason, and is very confusing. Completely ridden with bugs. I tried for hours to purchase a seat so I could have an aisle. It looked like it went through, but then I was charged for nothing and ended up paying for a middle seat in the back of the plane. Avoid this airline and their app at all costs!

They closed the doors 1 hour and 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start boarding. I called to see about getting the next flight, and I was charged the same as buying another ticket. So I would not recommend this airline. They said you were supposed to arrive 3 hours before and that it was said verbally, it wasn't. I used plenty of airlines, but this was the most difficult one. Their phone service agents won't be of help. Good luck and save your money. Ruin, my birthday trip
