Update: Trimble Maps just emailed me and said they removed the option to save maps to an SD card in their most recent update of CoPilot. I am not happy and will not renew my traffic subscription. Original post: Why can't I install the maps on my Android phone's SD card any more? I have Android 12. Android let's me choose External storage for CoPilot but when I download a map it still puts it in Internal storage and my phone is almost out of Internal storage.

I feel this app is purposely trying to not cancel your subscription. I was sent down streets that were actually bike paths. Smh. Streets that were dead ends. This app froze plenty of times and had to reinstall it and now I put it my password it doesn't recognize it. Now I'm being sent to different sites to reset my password and all I get is "go to your account "...Helllooo I can't access it. 🤷

Love the app for RV travels BUT it will not give me the option to install the Maps on to my Motorola Moto-g phone's SD card as they say it will. I done get an option to choose Internal / External storage. With limited Internal storage this is a deal breaker. Then you DO NOT even get options to choose what state(s) to install but instead ONLY entire regions of the U.S. Correct these issues to make it a good app!
