First time user/new customer.. No where does the app mention there is a convenience fee of $4.95 to make a payment. I found out AFTER submitting a payment. Went to website to verify and I can see it there. Don't see a way to cancel the payment and there are no prompts in the app that confirms the total payment to ensure you know and want to pay that extra fee.

This bank is horrible. A convince fee for a car payment bank draft. Come on already paying you freaking interest. Stear clear. Will be refinancing as soon as possible. When you click the explanation for the convenience fee the answer is Some details for the convenience fee!!! Very shady practice.

Absolutely horrible. Constantly reverses my scheduled payments. I have funds available to pay every month and I've been late 5 times because I get no notification that it's been declined. I've NEVER been late on any car note before I went through them. Considering doing a new loan through someone else just to bypass this garbage.
