The app works just fine for me, but it lacks features that other banking apps have. It would be nice if it had a section that showed you offers that are available to you (such an credit increase). Being able to see and accept offers through the app is one of the reasons I end up using my Scotia app and accounts more than ATB even though I like ATB better as a whole. It would also be nice if they had a dark mode option available.

ATB app needs some basic functions added. They are years behind compared to other bank apps. - Allow us to send E-transfers using phone numbers. People tend to share phone numbers more easily than e-mail addresses. - Allow us to lock credit cards on the app in case of a suspicious charge. Currently, only available for debit cards.

The app lags and glitches so much I've had to retype my email to get verification emails even tho the original and the retyped are the exact same also the app and online refuses to send the encrypted 6 digit code I try send a new one but I get absolutely nothing after it tells me it's sent the text
