I downloaded this app wanting to get any updates to a concert that was supposed to happen the next day and had canceled in a previous city. I followed the artist in the app. Concert did cancel and the app provided no notification at all. They need to remove the above bullet if they can't deliver on it and if this is only for announcing new live shows.

Great concept when it works. Several features have failed to work properly over the years, which is really frustrating. Currently it's the "follow" button/link for any festival, as well as the "view festival lineup" link for any festival. So it's impossible to use the app to check out a lineup or keep tabs on it. This should not be hard and shouldn't fail. I even reinstalled just in case (Android).

Good concept, and they even have good data, but the experience over time is consistently bad. Most of the time I get a joyous notification like that I should check out shows in my area this weekend takes me to an empty list. Nice. Some bands' promoters seem to be using it frequently to send messages, but the notifications don't show a snippet, you can't interact with each notification individually, when you do get to the notification list you still don't see any useful preview. Slow & annoying.
