They say an item has arrived in my consolidated package but it never did. refused to work to help, until the window is closed and told us they couldn do anything and for me to try better. worst platform I've used for such.

People at the pick-up station don't know how to calculate the number of days for the package to be claimed. My package arrived on saturday and they are close on sunday but they still count sunday on the 3 days span to pick up the load. I was charged 2 times already. insust that sunday is close, then they will count starting Saturday. They dont know that 1 day is supposed to be 24hrs .

absolutely USELESS! You can wait for weeks without any updates while your parcels are stuck in their warehouse in china, and the customer service would still ask you to wait a few more days. not only that heaps of my order arrived severely damaged. DO NOT USE!
