Very unreliable delivery, and won't refund or compensate you as they advertised. I had three shipments done from them. One was as usual as expected, the other two has been in limbo for over two months. Everytime I ask them what happened, they just keep apologizing but never solve the problem, leave alone asking for refund or delay compensation as they advertised. So I ended had to buy all the stuff all over again and got them shipped by aother courier and missed out lots of important usages.

delivery was on time for first few shipments, then it got delays & slower. A small item without battery, magnet, or cable they classified it as sensitive good. when check with customer support, she'd push it to warehouse and they'd say it's electronic so it's high risk goods. don't bother to claim delivery delay compensation bcoz they'll never pay.

Yesterday I have selected all goods that I had bought, merged n paid for the logistics cost. But today I went into the Apps, there are 6 items which are part of yesterday's merged shipment were left out... I have to merge again the left out 6 items and paid again for the logistics cost for the remaining 6 items... Cannot understand why there were 6 items logistics cost already paid for but hv to pay again today...? Can Cainio explain to me pls... thk you.
